Our yoga teacher training at Grace is a comprehensive, experiential and compassionate program that will provide aspiring teachers and inquisitive students with a solid framework to grow as a yoga teacher or to continue to deepen an existing practice. We will study the essence of traditional yogic philosophy by exploring the yoga sutras, pranayama (breath work) and meditation. We will build upon these classical teachings and integrate modern yoga technique while cultivating skill in asana (postures), learning creative yet purposeful sequencing, and delving into the anatomy and physiology behind the poses. Step into your personal power and join us for this fun, supportive, and transformative training!
